ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival Day

Drive or fly Quebec City, a UNESCO World Heritage Treasure and the oldest city in Canada.
Entrance to La Capitale Observatory to discover a stunning view of the Ramparts of Quebec, the Citadelle and the St Lawrence River.
Welcome dinner.

Day 2: Quebec City

Breakfast.
Visit of the Plains of Abraham Historical site. Learn about pivotal battle of the Plains of Abraham and take part in a fun and dynamic program under the command of the Generals Wolf and Montcalm.
Walking tour of Upper Old Quebec, including Place Royale, Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre, Petit-Champlain District, and the Parliament Building.
Group dinner at a Sugar Shack.

Day 3: Quebec City – Montreal

Breakfast.
Guided tour of Saint-Louis Forts and Chateaux National Historic Site, the official residence of the French governor of New-France and the British governor of Quebec.
Drive to Montreal, the 375 years old city is the second largest primarily French-speaking city in world and a hub for Canadian culture and history.
Walking tour of Old Montreal, the historic neighbourhood of the city.
Visit of Notre Dame Basilica, a jewels of Quebec's rich religious heritage.
Drive to Mount Royal for a great view of the city and a photo opportunity.
Group dinner.

Day 4: Montreal

Breakfast.
Visit of Pointe-a-Calliere. This museum of archaeology and history was built on the birthplace of Montreal and offers an original underground circuit through excavations.
Educational program at the Fur Trade at Lachine National Historic Site. Learn about Indigenous trappers, French Canadian voyageurs and European merchants during the fur trade era.
Farewell Dinner.

Day 5: Departure from Ottawa

Breakfast.
Drive or fly back to your home city.
